Non-Refundable Items or Services
Everything sold through Born for Nothing is non-refundable unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing. This includes but isn’t limited to:
• Gift Cards
• PRE-ORDERS
• One-of-One or Custom-Made Pieces
• Discounted or Sale Items
Exceptions to Our No Refund Policy
We’re not heartless. If something genuinely goes wrong, we got you. Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your order shows up busted, let us know within 7 days. You’ll need to send photos of the item and packaging to prove it. If we messed up, we’ll send a replacement or figure something out.
• Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong thing, hit us up within 7 days so we can make it right — either through a refund or an exchange.
• Incomplete Service: If we offer a service that isn’t delivered or doesn’t meet what we promised, we might offer a partial or full refund — at our discretion.
• Legal Obligations: If the law says we gotta refund you, we will.
